The thing I liked most about the hotel was the front desk staff, Ryan and Marcia. They were very helpful and friendly. The second thing I liked was the location. The hotel was located in an area that had restaurants and shops nearby and it was close to where my family lived. Also, I felt very safe at the hotel. Also, the housekeeping personnel were awesome.

Summer and Mrs. Buck made our stay absolutely wonderful. We needed a room for a bridal suite to get ready for an outdoor wedding. It was perfect: great lighting in the bathroom, plenty of space in the king suite, and breakfast was amazing the next day. Would absolutely recommend staying here again!

Ms. Bert is amazing and fun! She puts her heart into her work. She provides well rounded delicious breakfasts and cares about the breakfast area's cleanliness and customer satisfaction. We loved her! Your Pittsburgh friends 😊 The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed and pillows.

I had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites! I'd especially like to thank Maurice, the concierge who works the front desk! He was extremely helpful and very kind and accommodating for my stay. I have family in the area, and I am looking forward to coming back for my visits and staying at this Comfort Inn again. So thank you very much for a comfortable stay in your hotel.. 😊

The suite was clean, staff was nice and helpful. The price was good, and the bagged breakfast (which was probably for safety considerations due to Covid) held both sweet items and my favorite, a savory egg sandwich which could be heated in the suite's microwave.

I liked the breakfast, but did not like the female staff member that would hover over you and her attitude. Elderly lady, not very friendly like the rest of the staff.
